David helped me sell a home while I was living out of state. Within a week I had an offer for almost full price. He worked with the contractors on getting the issues wrapped up for the inspection so I didn't have to deal with it. and he worked closely with the loan company for the buyers and got clear to close more than a week before closing. I've sold and bought a number of houses and this was one of the smoothest deals. No .... there were many issues .... but David took them all on himself and was creative in problem solving. David has been a stellar sellers agent during a very trying time. He was able to get the home listed as required and the showings went flawlessly. In very little time an offer was made which more than met what was needed. He needed to negotiate with the buyer as well as the builder who still needed to make repairs as part of the new home warranty. The negotiation with the builder was not something you would expect a real estate agent to do, but David did so brilliantly. I have grown cynical as I’ve gotten older and I have a habit of being overly critical of people. Never once in this 3 month long process did I have the urge to be critical of Travis. Travis is a young man and looks even younger than his age. This probably doesn’t do him any favors in his line of work, but anyone who goes through him should quickly notice how hard this guy hustles. He’s attentive, prompt, seems to be respected by other agents, and by all indications a very decent man. I think we had 4 deals fall through due to problems found by home inspectors. Never once did he voice frustration and his enthusiasm never wavered. I could tell that he was personally invested in finding the right home for us. I could tell he was proud when we closed today.
